YEAHHH!
today, school ended at 2pm, i quckly rushed home and manged to reach home at 3.05pm!
thanks to 969 which only takes 20 mins. if it was 72 that i took, i think i'll probably reach home at 3.45pm...
anyways, i took a nap. it wwas supposed to be a short nap, but then it ended up as a long nap.
and now i'm wide awake. all set and ready to study! (:
find info for ICA first, then i'm off to my skills.

i'm tired. as always.
omg, i need to say this..
i've been eating alot this few days, i don't know whats with me... lol! gosh... how to save money like this?!! haiz.. well this is what happens when we get long hours break and things such as a- very-cold-lecture-theater-that-is-meant-more-for-penguins, which 'chases' you out cos of the temp and when u're slacking& gaining heat outside, u think of FOOD! hahah...

alrightie, i shall not neglect my bloggie and update it...
hmm...
oh yea! i cut my hair! haha i feel 'lighter' now! LOL!
i layered and thinned it and cut my fringe short.
real short, can't put it behind my ears now. haha. but NICE! I LIKE! (:

yesterday was dad's last off day before he started work today.
well he had 9 off days and mum occupied his time with alot of work at home.
we actually planned to go fishing at bedok jetty... BUT thanks to house works, we didn't go. saved it for the next off days.
well we repainted the house for christmas! oh and my room too!
LOL! now my room has duo colours. one wall is cream coloured and the rest orange! (:
the hall is now in shades of cream colour and gold solid too.
but the gold is not literally gold. to me, it's more of ermm...beige??
they went to get oil paint for the door fringes as well, but it's not done yet. soon i guess. haha! its fun painting the house! i love it! (:

time to get my baking stuffs too!
gona bake loads of cookies and cakes for christmas! (: yea! it really is the festive of joy!

yea, so spent some quality time with my family yesteday.
and of course, i studied when i came back home! (:

okie, from the coming week onwards, it's no more play time for me.

haha, but of course, coming from me, i doubt i can be..

omggg...
i've been neglecting my blog...
gosh.. i'm actually VERY LAZY to update it, even at this moment...
okie, i shall just summarise my updates.

SHE'S GOT TALENT
yea, dear shikin took part in 'youth got talent' singing competition!
she did a great job! everyone loved her singing, majority sang along with her,
even the judges moved to her grooves..
but sadly, she didn't win.
but still i will say she was the best among the rest! (:
the most energetic singer on that day.
we loved it shikin!
keep that singing spirit yea?! (:

after that rachel, xinyi and i went walking at orchard..
took picture with all the reindeers there.. haha! and we went to ion orchard's christmas tree!
it's gorgoeous man! go and take a look at it in the evening. u'll see what i mean.

hmmm, okie i can't rmb..
well, the weather these days have been soo sooo cold and windy!!
in which i fell ill, horribly ill....
skipped lectures and tutorial
but am better now...

ADULT NURSING ICA
finally finished.
our group is always the scapegoat man...
we're always the first for adult nursing..
well, we presented, got questioned, answered like crap.
just gota for the results on monday.
hoping for a B at least.

okiee, i've been wanting to watch this movieeeee
and i finally did....after a longg wait!!
first time i went to watch a movie with my dearies!!
haha, i went to watch it with en ling, xinyi and rachel!!
sadly shikin had rehearsals can't follow us...
it wasn't that scary, but by thinking about it over and over, it can scare the shit out of me... LOL!
it was fun thou, watching with those 3 clowns! haha
all i knew was i kept squeezing xinyi when it came to the 'night #' parts. LOL! haha.
eeyer, but the footprints are scary shit man... oh her leg being pulled.. omg.. sad
can't believe this is a reanactment of a real video footage...so sad..

i'm been so lazy,tired and busy to update my blog.
now that i've done my revision already, i should give myself a break, and update my bloggie. ((:
this is gona be a lonnggg post..
damn! thanks to having to wake up at at 5 plus every morning and sleeping late nite cos of school work, i keep getting migraine. maybe cos of my ear problem. ):
it still hurts thou. anyhoos, forget that i'm feeling slightly better now. let's talk about the past few days...

DOUBLE HAPPINESS AGAIN!! (:

haha, okie it started off like this
it was a real surprise for her! cos none of my cliques wished her on that day, but xinyi and i had no choice cos she somehow mentioned that someone else wished her and then we went:" oh ya! it's your birthday today?!! eh happy birthday." haha so unsincere & without a hand shake. haha! what's worse was that calista didn't even talk to her the whole day, rachel wasn't surprised by it but she was sad, haha cos the day before calista was angry with us for something (sorry calista!) and she stomped off without saying 'bye'. and in the morning of her birthday they totally didn't talk to each other at all. i was the witness,haha, cos i bumped into them at the train station. thou they came together, they were about an arms lenght away from each other. hehee.

then for lunch,we went to koufu to eat and we saw a dead bird lying on the parapate outside. it was so cute and small. rachel took a pic, go read her blog if u wana see it. haha! i was only fascinated with the colour of it's beak. it was silver man! haha! yeah, but after lunch, we came out and it was gone!!! haha, then we thot "maybe the bird was sleeping la" lol! but no, it was still dead. probably someone went to bury it. LOL!

yea, so the day went on normally, and then school ended. en ling and calista went off first to get the cake, in the excuse of 'went home already'.
they both, walked off first infront of rachel, and i said:"looks like calista's still angry, she went home first." i saw rachel's face then!, haha, she had no mood at all! lol! and so shikin, xinyi, rachel and me walked out of school, we all planned to bring her to naked fish scoop to eat. so while walking out of school, 3 of us said we were hungry, want to go and eat and suggested going there to eat. she had no mood, but she still came along. LOL. success!

and so we went in. 5 mins later i saw en ling popping out, outside the restaurant and went back to hiding. then i said i wanted to use the toilet. rachel also wanted to use!! thank god xin yi said there's a toilet in a restaurant. so she went into the restaurant toilet and i went out. met calista and en ling outside. thank we came in, thank god she was still in the toilet, so they hid (the waiter had to come and talk to them, thank god he finished talking 3 secs before she came out, if not she would have guessed! ) and went she came out, surprise!!! success again! lol!

haha, she was so happy and surprised! ((: lol! then calista said, she was actually still pissed off with us in the morning, but during lunch we (without rachel, cos she was with her best friend) kinda talked to her and apologized to her then she was alright but still remained 'angry' at rachel, to continue the drama. lol! and so we al ordered food, somehow, the soup of the day wans't nice, other than that it was nice and fun!!

OH OH! i forgot to mention this! haha ,we ordered calamari, and rachel thot that was onion ring and asked "can i take this?" xinyi said "take ah, it's for us to eat."
about 3 mins later, rachel said:" erm what is this?"
then we all went:" oh shitt! that is squiddd!!!" damn! we totally forgot that she was allergic to seafood! and soon her rash came out, and we told her don't scratch! hahaaa, aiyooo...

OH OH! and dear shikin got a phone call while we ate annnndd...
she got into the finals of YOUTH GOT TALENT!! haha yes yes shikin, you've got talent! ((: the finals is on 8th nov, 12pm @ ngee an city! (: GO ROCK THE STAGE SHIK'S! (:
yerp and sophia came too, but that was after we ate, cos she went to meet her fren, but we chatted and we took photo's! (: it was very fun! and then headed back home, while rachel went to meet her family at orchard! haha cool yaw! oh! the next day she told me that her family brought her to a korean restaurant and there she accidentaly ate seafood again! haha, they ordered a dish of korean pancake, they thot it was vegetable pancake, but it was actually seafood! haha! oh gosh... her rash was probably a gift from her body and the seafood! lol! poor girl...

welcome to the world of 18 rachel! (: lol!

it's only the second day of the second week and i'm dead beat.
how now brown cow.
haha! sounds familiar?
i've come to realise that it's always tuesdays that i'm always tired..
guess probably cos mondays we end superr late and gota wake up damn early the next day...

haiz.. u know what's in my head now?!
LEMONE!! LEMONE here, LEMONE there, LEMONE everywhereeee...
u're asking what's LEMONE?! Lemone's the author of a very good nursing care textbook with loads of valuable information.
our lecturer keeps mentioning his (or is it a her) name thru out the whole lecture and tutorial...
gosh our groups gona present first for adult nursing and from normal tutorials sessions she's sooo, SOOO, sooo indepth, as in all our information has to be indepth... like for example.
"find out about the cancer of the rectum. find out what's the meanig of cancer. how cancer comes about. how many stages of cancer are there? what are the stages of cancer? what does the different stages mean? etc. etc."
she'll just keep digging and digging, even if she can't dig anymore, she'll still dig for more information.
in a way it's good, cos we will learn alottt! and i really mean alot!! but it's really kinda pressurizing for us, cos we've got alot of questions we need to think of!

SOO our subgroup is putting our heads and hearts together to make this presentation up to her standard (hopefully). that's why shik's and i went to the library to get the LEMONE textbook with some other authors! haha! (:
anyway, i think probably after sem break, i'll get the books that she mentioned that we should have in our hands.. cos such books are really essential for nurses! ((:

haha, that's about it! time to spend quality time with LEMONE and RAMONT! ((:

BEING LAZY CAN MAKE YOU DO WONDERS...

LOL! pondering at the title??
haha, well well, it's all thanks to en ling who made our day today!!
here's how it goes...
it was around 2 plus, close to 3pm and we were all famished...
so we decided to go to north canteen for lunch.
calista, rachel and en ling bought yong tau foo, which obviously, requires chopsticks.
whereas i bought malay food.. [woaah, after so longg hmmm...] lol!
OH! and most inportantly, they bought can drinks which needed the straw.
and ssoo as usual, we chatted while eating, rachel and i were sitting opposite calista and en ling.
en ling had the bowl in front of her, the can drink on her right side, and obviously she held her chopsticks with her right hand!

while we were talking away, all of a sudden, we [rachel and i] noticed en ling using her chopsticks to lift her straw up to drink! lol! it was classic man! lol! it just seemed so natural, the way she did it was like as if she always did it! rachel and i were stunned for a moment, we just went :"HUH?! haha, did u see that?!"
then we asked her, why she did that, her reply was:
"hahahaa, i lazy to hold the can up la.." lol! we just couldn't stop laughing!

okie, u might not understand what i'm trying to say, or it may not sound funny to you. but it definitely was funny to us! haha, especially when such acts is coming from en ling! haha! it's just plain classic man!
lol! i realised that being with them always makes me laugh, somehow, somewhere, something funny will just happen and it'll be the joke of the day! lol!

echoes of our laughters are back! (:

vicki-kiki, chubby-wubby, sheila-gila, and kashi-keshia went back together!!

lol! our long time ago nick names! (:

we've been in NYP for about 1 year plus and we 4 haven't gone back home once together!!

so i thot we should all go back together and msged them all!

all 3 ended at 4pm so i thot i will just go to the library and wait for them, but well keshia called me at 3pm and said she finished class already! so i went to meet up with her first then wait for the other two clowns! haha yea, so we chatted at the library cafe and went down to macs to meet them! (:

it was really fun man! we didn't want to go back. each time the train came, we looked at the screen and said: "okie okie we wait for next train, 4 mins only, 4 mins only!" haha, so our 4 mins became like 20-25 mins! haha!

we're planning to go out and eat next week! this time with jas along! haha.

i will say that my secondary school times were my best times ever!

if only we could turn time back...

4 damn hours of sweet break! (:

okieee, first let me update about yesterday!

it was after so lonng since i last i met up with sheila and 'amitabh bachan'!! lol! (:

we ate and went back together! (:

haha, reminiscence of those secondary school days! (:

talking about the stupid and funny things we did...

gym sessions.'bapok society'. graciousness. sleeping queens.fights. lol!

talking about the funny things each and everyone in our class did! especially our clique! haha.

bet, farrveen, jas, sharifah, keshia and shirinah must have coughed alot at that point of time..

OH! and amit ba too! haha!

wasted bannu's tutorial ended early and keshia has smth on, if not we can all hang out after sch together on that day!

it was fun thou! i miss hanging out with them so much... (:

next is today!

yes! 4 damn hours of a sweet break!

from 10am till 2pm. (:

wasted, our dear shikin was sick, so she went home after lecture, didn't join us for lunch.

get well soon bebeh! (:

yea so, the 5 of us headed down to the grassroots club, which was just a 3 mins walk from school, to eat!

no, no, no... u thot wrong.. we weren't there to eat the grass or the roots.

there was a restaurant there called "naked fish scoop" i think. lol! was told that the food there for students were cheap and worth it!

it was true after all.. it was like a 4 course meal for about $7++ ONLY! (:

we had:

the soup of the day with garlic bread,

a drink

a set of meal

and ice cream! (:

first we had the drink, and then the soup of the day with garlic bread, [which was already very full for us while waiting for our meal!] then came our meal! even thou they had other meat sets, we all ordered fish and chips.

haha, partly cos we wanted to eat that and cos of what rachel said. lol!

rachel said this:

"since we are in the fish shop, i think we should eat fish." haha! this was funny!

haha, we had all alot of fun joking about each other inside! haha.

all our funny facial expressions when we tasted the lemon tea and when we saw the colour of the soup! haha. but hey! the food was delicious man!! i give this restaurant 2 thumbs up!

it's really filling and worth the price!! (: cool man! i love this restaurant! hahaaa...

we decided to go there again for our next long breaks, this time with shikin along, haha, since its sooo near to school! ((:
